Hello,

a bit about me:

I am an Associate Research Fellow at the National Institute of Aerospace (NIA) working at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC). I take multiple roles as an independent researcher, ISO5 cleanroom manager, project leader, mentor, and team player at NASA LaRC since 2009.

NASA LaRC provides me with an excellent environment for real-world research, diverse collaboration opportunities, and education experiences for maximizing my research achievements. Over the years, I have trained myself for growth as a competent researcher and my key achievements come from “taking all excellent opportunities” and “overcome organizational challenges / constraints”. To become a competent research leader, I have particularly put my efforts on the following aspects: (1) create value of my research focusing on practicability for real-world application, (2) make greater achievements as a group beyond my individual boundary, leveraging collaborations with my colleagues, (3) grow initial research mentoring into full-fledged collaborative research projects, and (4) create spill-over effects on the subsequent works derived from all impacts created by (1), (2), and (3).
